Job Listings: When I use the "search contacts" function and select "sound" as the department and press submit, why do only 6 listings appear? Surely a search as vauge as that should turn up thousands of results. What are the necessary terms to find my listing in the search field and how can I make sure my listing is visible to anyone using a generic search like that? In otherwords, what seperates those six people from everyone else when two of them don't even have anything related to sound as their primary qualification? |

Bug Reports: I am having some problems logging in. I've had 2 new passwords sent to my e-mail address. General Site Questions: In RE: Job listings Could the regional filter be state specific rather than city specific? A person searching for jobs is more inclined to review a state's worth of listings rather than just one city. Also, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE; Limit the amount of time between a job posting and its expiration. There's nothing more frustrating than a good listing that's months old. Job Listings: The extension number for my telephone number does not show up in the job listing I placed. This is important because I do not want calls flooding the general number. Any phone call must go straight to my extension. You seem to HAVE a "box" for entering an extension #, but it seems to not show up in the ad. |

Bug Reports: I've attempted to log on several times and it keeps not working. I cleared my cache in both Safari AND Firefox(as mentioned in the FAQ. As far as I know I don't have any 3rd party boosters. Especially in Safari as I rarely use that browser). It will allow me to reset my password, then log back in with the reset password. I then change it to a new password as instructed but then it says all pages I try to access after that are restricted and if I try and re log on it just refreshes. Feature Requests: It would be helpful for us job-seekers if there were a print function associated with each job posting. One that would print (properly formatted, please) just that single job posting (or perhaps if desired, all postings from matching a given search). Bug Reports: Hi. Before I point out anything wrong, I wantto say I LOVE AND APPRECIATE your site. As soon as I am working and in a better position again, I will make sure to click on that incredibly large donate button. Now on to business. I have been trying to change my email address linked to my account, but every time I get to the appropriate page and fill in the information there is a request to enter the characters in a box for security. The only problem is the box never has anything in it but the background image; there are no characters. I've had my account for some time now, but I have a new email address that I check much more often than the one I have linked to the account and would like to change it to that one, since it doesn't get out of control spam like the currently linked one. I could be doing something wrong, but I think there might just be a glitch. Thanks for looking into it and thanks again for making this awesome site. |

User Management: Please, please, please help! This is the third day that I cannot register my theatre company as a user on the site. My e-mail address is MadkapProductions@comcast.net. When I try to login - it doesn't recognize me and when I try to register it says that the e-mail address is already registered. Contact Sheets: I am trying to change my email address from weill.benjamin@gmail.com to benjaminweill@me.com. But whenever I go to the "Change email address" section, there are no words in the security image. each time it's just an image. I've tried it on a mac (both Safari and firefox) a PC (internet Explorer) and an iPad (Safari) and each time it's been the same. there are no letters for me to copy, and therefore I've been unable to change my email address. Bug Reports: I logged in to update a job listing and once I logged in I got a message that I was using a temp password and to change my password. So I tried and it keeps saying that I used an invalid password and won't even let me log off to try again. it just keeps me on that same screen. |

Bug Reports: I have a new computer and am having problems with your website. I can get onto the main page, but when I try to click a link on the left side it will not load the page. I have tried disabliling norton, tried google chrome, firefox, and IE8 & IE9 but it will still not work. This is the only site I have found an issue with so far. It will work when booted in safe mode with networking. I have tried more than one computer of the same model HP DV6-7010us and the same issue with all of them...please help. |

I know it must take a lot of time and hardwork. We truly appreciate all you do.My question is many of us cannot access David's music tguhroh our country's version of itunes or download music from Amazon. It would be a huge worry off my mind to know that we could purchase and download David's music directly from this site particularly if he is going to release music tguhroh EP's and not discs going into the future. Just a heads up there is the first ever National Time Out For Women here in Australia on July 23rd. If David can't tour here maybe one day he would be able to participate in a National TOFW or EFY?
