Organization - Very detailed, thorough, and clear in project planning and execution. Able to create detailed schedules and reports and discuss items thoroughly with all involved, assigning tasks, and identifying specific needs. Provide appropriate communication in a timely manner with expectations and responsibilities. Proven ability to problem solve in a variety of situations.
Production - Extensive experience in calling audio, lighting, staging, and pyrotechnic cues for stage shows, special events, parades, and corporate events. Have a background as a performer, and have spent numerous years working closely with designers and operators from all aspects of the entertainment industry and have developed an eye for detail in all technical areas.
Leadership - Have managed events involving singers, dancers, actors, musicians, costumed characters, technicians, executives, star talent, cultural representatives, and school groups. Talent Relations - Worked as Talent Manager with various celebrities and artists, scheduling and providing them with every detail involved in their performance or appearance. Recent events include ESPN: The Weekend and Night of Joy, as well as signature Epcot events, including the Flower Power Concert Series, Eat to the Beat Concert Series, and the Candlelight Processional. Production Stage Manager - Show Development + Production
Have worked in all four Disney theme parks, as well as across the U.S. and Canada planning and executing events. Many years of experience organizing and managing events from large Stage Shows with a cast of over a 1,000 people, to smaller events, such as ribbon cuttings and photo shoots. Responsible for multiple cast members in various disciplines, with one goal of a perfect show.
Entertainment Manager - Disney Character Events 2003-2004
Traveled as Entertainment Manager for multiple events, taking performers to cities including New York City, Chicago, Miami, Tampa, Dallas, and Houston. Worked closely with partners, including Entertainment, Marketing, and Broadcast to promote Walt Disney World in each of these markets. Also, managed several local events with appearances by the famous Walt Disney World Characters.

Performed as a dancer, singer, actor, puppeteer, stilt walker, and a Walt Disney World Character in various shows and parades, including The Festival of the Lion King, Fantasmic!, SpectroMagic, Disney Mania and The Hunchback of Notre Dame - A Musical Adventure. Other roles have included - Trainer, Scheduler, Talent Coordinator, Production Assistant, and Character Lead/Captain.
