University of North Texas Department of Dance and Theatre Full-Time Position for Spring 2007 Faculty Member in Theatre Rank & Salary: Competitive Requirements: MFA in Scenic Design/Scenography with extensive professional experience in scenic design for all forms of theatre; strong management and organizational skills required; 2-3 years profession or academic experience preferred. Duties: Teach at least 6 semester hours (2 courses), or equivalent, in theatrical design (drawing and rendering), stage management, or history of costume and décor (team-taught with costume designer). Serve as scenic designer for departmental production of Three-Penny Opera.
