Talented, committed, congenial composer(s), with background or training in musical theatre are needed immediately to work in close collaboration on several projects. Styles and subject matter range from Ancient Greece to Contemporary Manhattan. Complete, copyrighted first drafts are available on request, along with references and reviews. Selected songs from each show will be performed at a fundraiser in Spring 2007 at a major venue just outside Manhattan. Two projects are based on copyrighted underlying material, one of which is an award winning independent film (2006 Moondance, Australian International Film Festivals)and the composer receives 1/3. We need someone who can write both exceptionally well and quickly, and who has Sibelius, Overture or a similar program to produce fair copies of the piano vocal scores.
