Misc: The Jefferson Performing Arts Society is currently looking for Stage
Managers for our upcoming 2007-2008 Season. We are a semi-professional company
that works at least three spaces during the year. The shows this season are:
The Girl in the Frame (Oct. 19-Nov. 4), A Christmas Carol (Dec. 7-Dec. 23),
Fiddler on the Roof (Jan. 19-27), The Great American Trailer Park Musical
(Feb. 15-Mar. 9), Flannigan’s Wake (Feb. 22-Mar. 16), Ruthless (Apr. 5-Apr.
27). Shows happen over the weekends with Friday and Saturday night
performances, and Sunday matinees. A Christmas Carol and Fiddler on the Roof
have student performances that can be discussed during interviewing. Please
email resumes to Melissa@jpas.org.
We are also seeking for Stage Managers for two operas in our upcoming season.
The operas we will be doing are: La Traviata (Opens Nov. 10-18), and Tosca
(Mar. 1-9). Applicants must be able to read music and follow Italian.
Experience with opera is a huge plus. The shows are Saturday nights and Sunday
