Theatrical Stage & Lighting Company located in Santa Ana is looking for a full
time proactive salesperson for product and expendable sales in the fast-paced,
continually changing entertainment lighting industry. The Products and
Expendables division specializes in providing equipment, expendables, and
accessories to professional theatres, schools, universities, themed
environments, houses of worship and a variety of other facilities.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist counter and phone customers with sales, rentals and inquiries.
* Provide technical support for customers/lighting designers/systems
integrators.
* A deep understanding of and commitment to customer service.
* Evaluating customer needs and providing equipment appropriate for their
applications.
* Identifying and developing new customer relationships.
* Other duties as needed.
Required Skills include:
* Strong technical background in theatre including BS,BFA,MFA in Technical
Theatre or commensurate professional experience.
* Working knowledge of theatrical equipment and its applications.
* Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Computer skills.
* Sales experience is a plus.
