Misc: "Vacation Bible School: the Musical" is seeking co- or associate
producers with strong fundraising backgrounds, for the Midtown International
Theatre Festival.
This "snort-out-loud-laughing-pee-your-pants-funny" show "with something to
offend absolutely everyone: Catholics, Protestants of all denominations, Jews,
Muslims, Buddhists, Mormons, atheists, men, women, straight, gay or
undecided...and hamsters," played 4 sold out performances at the Kraine
Theater in October and is set to reopen soon with a revised book and
additional songs by Tammy Smith.
Robert D. Carver, of Chameleon Theatre Co., Ltd., will direct again with
members of the original cast. An extended engagement is planned, either under
an Equity LOA or special contract. Approval pending. Script, score and demo cd
are available.
