Misc: WANTED: Space Rental Assistant P/T Clerical Work
Young Playwrights Inc. seeks freelance administrative support. In addition to
supporting the next generation of young playwrights, YPI also offers
affordable rehearsal / showroom rental space to the NYC artistic community and
general public. Space Rental Assistants are needed to provide YPI with a staff
presence during rentals that take place during after-office hours.
Assistant Responsibilities Include:
• Collecting and documenting payment
• Buzzing rental parties into the building
• Completing quiet clerical tasks during rental
• Closing the space after rental
• Facilitating escape procedures in the event of an emergency
