is made in the type of ad or time paid for.

Listings are copied & pasted from e-mail, with little editing, and no
spell-checking.

All listings sent via forms are automatically sent to paying
subscribers to the BackstageJobs.com Mail_To_You mailing list. These
listings will also be manually posted free of charge on the BackstageJobs.com
website. Subscribers to the mailing list are paying for speed of
receiving listings at the same time Patrick Hudson does. (See also disclaimers
6 and 7)

Specific disclaimers for the Mail_To_You mailing list are posted at the
payment page and thank you page for the mailing list.
20.1 Patrick Hudson reserves the right not to post listings submitted
(such as "actors needed" or "hire me!" type listings) or links
to outside web sites. This should only affect those who submit a
listing that is not related to theatre
or live entertainment (such as a Graphic Designer for an internet company).

or a link to the web site of an individual
