Glitterati Productions, is seeking a lighting designer for their up-coming Chicago premier of Moon Over Buffalo set to open at Theatre Building Chicago in March 12, 2007. There is one week for load-in and tech rehearsals, load-in will be February 28th 2007. The first preview performance will be on March 4, 2007. The theatre is equipped with 35 lighting instruments: 25 fersnels and 10 ellipsoidals, all of these instruments are equipped with 500-watt lamps. Requirements; attend all appropriate production meetings, ability to make a lighting plot, knowledge of various dimmer packs and control boards (dimmer information will be available upon hiring), work in a timely fashion, abiity to repair any damaged instruments or lighting cable, attend a strike of the show to remove any extra equipment, once the show cloese.
